Vermiceli coated Rice balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 3-4 green chillies chopped

  • salt to taste

  • chaat masala

  • black pepper powder

  • kashmiri mirch powder

  • vermiceli crushed

  • olive oil to fry

  • 1 tbsp besan

  • water

MIXTURE

  • add rice, bread crumbs, onion, green chillies, chat masala, kashmiri mirch, and salt in a bowl, and mix well.

  • make small balls of this mixture and keep aside.

METHOD

  • add water to 1 tbsp besan in a bowl, add salt.

  • dip the balls in besan solution.

  • coat these balls in vermiceli after coating with besan solution.

  • deep fry in a pan.

  • serve hot with tea.
