Vermiceli coated Rice balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice
1 cup bread crumbs
1 onion chopped
3-4 green chillies chopped
salt to taste
chaat masala
black pepper powder
kashmiri mirch powder
vermiceli crushed
olive oil to fry
1 tbsp besan
water
MIXTURE
add rice, bread crumbs, onion, green chillies, chat masala, kashmiri mirch, and salt in a bowl, and mix well.
make small balls of this mixture and keep aside.
METHOD
add water to 1 tbsp besan in a bowl, add salt.
dip the balls in besan solution.
coat these balls in vermiceli after coating with besan solution.
deep fry in a pan.
serve hot with tea.
