Oats Idli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup suji

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1 chopped capsicum

  • 1 cup curd

  • salt

  • 1 sachet eno

METHOD

  • mix suji and oats with curd.

  • add carrots and capsicum and mix well.

  • add salt to taste and eno, mix and make a thick batter.

  • leave the batter for 30-40 minutes.

  • greece idli maker with oil, and put some water at the bottom of the idli steamer.

  • pour some batter to each section.

  • let it steam for 10-15 minutes.

  • serve with sambhar or chatni.
