Oats Idli

INGREDIENTS
1.5 cup suji
1 cup oats
1 grated carrot
1 chopped capsicum
1 cup curd
salt
1 sachet eno
METHOD
mix suji and oats with curd.
add carrots and capsicum and mix well.
add salt to taste and eno, mix and make a thick batter.
leave the batter for 30-40 minutes.
greece idli maker with oil, and put some water at the bottom of the idli steamer.
pour some batter to each section.
let it steam for 10-15 minutes.
serve with sambhar or chatni.
