Veg 'Keema' Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • soya been chunks

  • onions

  • green chillies

  • red chillie powder

  • chaat masala powder

  • corn flour

  • suji

  • salt

  • black pepper powder

  • dry mixed herbs

  • burger buns

  • vegetable/olive oil

METHOD

  • soak soyabean chunks in water for 1-2 hours

  • drain water and squeeze soyabean to completely remove water.

  • add onions, green chillies, red chillie powder, chaat masala, pepper, salt.

  • add suji and corn flour for binding.

  • make big round patty of the mixture.

  • heat enough oil in a pan to shallow fry.

  • place patty on the pan and fry untill it cooks and turns crispy on both sides.

  • spread mayonese on buns, place patty topped with cheese and serve.
