INGREDIENTS
soya been chunks
onions
green chillies
red chillie powder
chaat masala powder
corn flour
suji
salt
black pepper powder
dry mixed herbs
burger buns
vegetable/olive oil
METHOD
soak soyabean chunks in water for 1-2 hours
drain water and squeeze soyabean to completely remove water.
add onions, green chillies, red chillie powder, chaat masala, pepper, salt.
add suji and corn flour for binding.
make big round patty of the mixture.
heat enough oil in a pan to shallow fry.
place patty on the pan and fry untill it cooks and turns crispy on both sides.
spread mayonese on buns, place patty topped with cheese and serve.
