INGREDIENTS
curd
boiled rice
desi ghee
salt
TEMPERING
olive/vegetable oil
curry leaves
mustard seeds (rayi)
dry red chillie
METHOD
heat desi ghee in a pan, add rice to it and fry.
put rice in a bowl and add curd & salt, mix them properly.
heat oil for tempering in a pan.
add red chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds, fry till color of curry leaves and chillies change.
pour the tempering on the rice and serve.
