Curd Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • curd

  • boiled rice

  • desi ghee

  • salt

TEMPERING

  • olive/vegetable oil

  • curry leaves

  • mustard seeds (rayi)

  • dry red chillie

METHOD

  • heat desi ghee in a pan, add rice to it and fry.

  • put rice in a bowl and add curd & salt, mix them properly.

  • heat oil for tempering in a pan.

  • add red chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds, fry till color of curry leaves and chillies change.

  • pour the tempering on the rice and serve.
