INGREDIENTS
boneless mutton (cut into cubes)
Olive oil or regular vegetable oil
water
MERINATION
sabut dhaniya crushed
haldi powder
amchor powder
buknu powder
jeera powder
dry pudina
kasuri methi
kashmiri red chillie powder
salt
METHOD
marrinade mutton in all dry spices and leave for 4-5 hours.
heat 5-6tbsp oil in a pan.
place mutton cubes on pan and fry a little on low heat.
add water and cover the pan with lid.
let it cook for 30-45 mins on low flame or untill mutton is cooked.
fry mutton on high flame once it is cooked to reduce water.
