INGREDIENTS

2 cup suji
1 cup grated paneer
water
chopped green chillies
grated carrot
chopped capsicum
chaat masala
1 sachet ENO
salt
METHOD
soak suji in water and add eno satchet. Keep the batter aside for 1 hour.
add salt, paneer,
carrots, capsicum, chaat masala and green chillies.
heat oil on a nonstick dosa tawa (or any regular tawa).
spread batter on tawa and cook it on both sides on low flame.
