INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup suji

  • 1 cup grated paneer

  • water

  • chopped green chillies

  • grated carrot

  • chopped capsicum

  • chaat masala

  • 1 sachet ENO

  • salt

METHOD

  • soak suji in water and add eno satchet. Keep the batter aside for 1 hour.

  • add salt, paneer,

carrots, capsicum, chaat masala and green chillies.

  • heat oil on a nonstick dosa tawa (or any regular tawa).

  • spread batter on tawa and cook it on both sides on low flame.
