700 Calories
INGREDIENTS
500gms boneless chicken
3 onions chopped
1/2 ginger chopped
10-12 garlic cloves crushed
2-3 tomatoes chopped
1/2tbsp haldi powder
1tbsp sabut dhaniya crushed
1tbsp dry mango powder(amchor)
2 green chillies chopped
Vegetable/Olive oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
Cut Chicken into very small pieces
Put 3-4tbsp oil in a pan, add red chillies, onion, ginger and garlic. Saute it till Onions change color.
Add tomatoes and crushed dhaniya, and again fry till tomatoes turn saucy.
Add chicken and green chillies and mix them well.
Add salt and amchor powder and mix them well.
Cover with a lid and simmer the gas. Leave it till chicken is cooked.
Serve with freshly chopped corriander on the top.
