Pan Fried Mutton

INGREDIENTS

  • boneless mutton (cut into cubes)

  • Olive oil or regular vegetable oil

  • water

MERINATION

  • sabut dhaniya crushed

  • haldi powder

  • amchor powder

  • buknu powder

  • jeera powder

  • dry pudina

  • kasuri methi

  • kashmiri red chillie powder

  • salt

METHOD

  • marrinade mutton in all dry spices and leave for 4-5 hours.

  • heat 5-6tbsp oil in a pan.

  • place mutton cubes on pan and fry a little on low heat.

  • add water and cover the pan with lid.

  • let it cook for 30-45 mins on low flame or untill mutton is cooked.

  • fry mutton on high flame once it is cooked to reduce water.
